LLP ROC Annual Filing
Limited Liability Partnerships (LLPs) registered under the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008 are required to file two e-forms annually i.e. e-form 11 for Annual Return and e-form 8 for Statement of Accounts and Solvency with the Registrar of Companies (ROC).
Annual Return (e-form 11) must be filed with the ROC within 60 days from the end of the financial year.
(i.e. before 30th May). Statement of Account and Solvency (e-form 8) must be filed with the ROC within 30 days from the expiry of six months from the end of the financial year. (i.e. before 30th October)
