Annual Compliance Contract

Every company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 is mandatorily required to:

• Conduct at least one meeting of the board of Directors in every quarter of a financial year

• Disclose the interest of Directors

• Maintain statutory registers (Register of Members, Directors etc.)

• Issue share certificates to its shareholders within 30 days of its incorporation

• Conduct an Annual General Meeting (AGM) once in a financial year

• Appoint a statutory auditor

• File its financial statements as well as annual report with the ROC every year

• Maintain minutes of every board meeting and AGM held by the Company

• Intimate the ROC about various changes in the Company within the prescribed period of time

• Take the Govt./ROC’s permission to make changes in Company, as and when required

Sign an “Annual Compliance Contract” (ACC) with us and we shall look after all the ROC compliances of your Company for the entire financial year. ACC covers the professional fees towards the above mentioned annual ROC compliances of the Company.
